Support Kit
The Support Kit is your 'First Aid Kit' for when you get into trouble, need help to get going or want us to support older (unsupported) versions of our components.
Based on the type of Support Kit you bought from us we can give you up to 2, 5 or 10 hours of support. When you need immediate (incident) support or want us to guide you over a period of time, the Support Kit is your choice. A Support Kit client is marked as such in our Support System.

Service Level Agreement
A Service Level Agreement gives you Priority Support for all your bugfixes, issues and questions regarding our Components or anything else that was agreed.
A Support Kit is valid for any type of Support within the (per incident) agreed timeframe.

Who is for
When you are a company or individual, you own one of more licenses for our Servoy Components and your company or clients want guaranteed response times, you can benefit from our Service Level Agreement.

What is included
We can be quite short about that. Whatever it is that we can agree and what we can fulfill.
